In comes Frazier!
With a ton of salary free, the Flagstaff Outlaws decided to spend a little of that money prior to the draft, acquiring Jonathan Villar and his 10.5M salary from the Cleveland Rocks, but Cleveland also sends young outfielder Clint Frazier to encourage the Outlaws to take on that money.

Flagstaff can’t stop trading, lands Ray from Saskatoon
After clearing out some additional salary space since the 2019 offseason began, the Flagstaff Outlaws decided to spend some of that money to land another young bat.
The Outlaws acquired OF Corey Ray in exchange for taking on the salaries of P Dominic Leone and IF Brandon Drury. The Outlaws sent back to Yunel Escobar to complete both sides of the deal.
Outlaws send Pina to Kansas
In another tersely released trade announcement, the Flagstaff Outlaws announced they were sending catcher Manny Pina to Kansas in exchange for lefty pitcher Brian Johnson.
