Outlaws land two on All-Star starting lineup
Despite having a team struggling to hover around .500, two key Flagstaff Outlaw roster pieces were named to the Ozzie League All-Star team.
Paul Goldschmidt was named for the third time in his career and his second time as a starter. The first baseman who hit .283/.404/.537 with 17 homers and 55 RBIs while playing in every game for the Outlaws got half of the league votes to secure his spot.
Andrelton Simmons hit .294/.349/.439 while playing primarily shortstop received 10 of 16 votes to land his first nomination in a Flagstaff uniform.
